Usage data such as feature interactions and AI conversation history is collected to improve the Service.

We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process transactions and manage documents; (c) generate AI-powered analysis and recommendations; (d) verify electronic signatures; (e) send notifications about your transactions; (f) comply with legal and regulatory requirements; (g) improve the Service through anonymized analytics.
3. AI Data Processing
Our AI features process your documents and transaction data to provide analysis, generate contracts, and offer recommendations. AI processing occurs on secure cloud servers. We do not use your personal transaction data to train AI models. AI-generated content is based on your specific transaction context and our knowledge base of real estate regulations.
4. Data Sharing
We share your information only with: (a) other participants in your transactions (as authorized by your role); (b) cloud storage providers you connect (Dropbox, Google Drive) at your direction; (c) service providers who assist in operating the platform (Firebase/Google Cloud); (d) as required by law or legal process. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including: AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, TLS encryption for data in transit, role-based access controls, SHA-256 document fingerprinting for signature verification, and secure OAuth token storage. Access to transaction data is restricted to verified participants only.
6. Data Retention
Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by real estate regulations. AI conversation history is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of non-regulated data at any time. Upon account termination, we retain only data required by law.

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of non-regulated data; (d) export your transaction data; (e) opt out of non-essential communications; (f) withdraw consent for optional data processing. 8. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand Service usage. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with: Google Cloud Platform (hosting, storage, AI processing), Firebase (authentication, database), Dropbox and Google Drive (optional document sync). Each provider has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their policies.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will promptly delete the information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
